For full priced items, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the items within 30 days from delivery for a refund. Please follow the instructions below if you are willing to ask a refund.

Please note: The goods must return to us in the same conditions of use in which they are at the time of the delivery. If the goods are damaged or partially missing when returned, the customer is fully responsible for the value of the goods. All items on special sale or special promotion are final sale and we can’t accept returns on these.

How to Return
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via e-mail and indicate the reason of return with the preferred pick-up address and day/time for pick-up.
We'll provide you with a return label. Close the package securely and attach to the package the label for the return shipment.
Upon confirmation, we'll send you the courier to the previously indicated address and time.
