How to Exchange
We hope that you are pleased with your brand new pair of shoes. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can exchange any purchase (including reduced items) within 30 days of receipt. Please follow the instructions below if you are willing to ask a refund.

10€ (will be deducted from the purchase)
Please contact us via e-mail and indicate
(1) the order number
(2) the new desired item and don’t forget to specify the size
(3) the preferred pick-up address and day/time for pick-up.
We'll provide you with a return label. Close the package securely and attach to the package the label for the return shipment. Upon confirmation, we'll send you the courier to the previously indicated address and time. Once we receive the package, we will inform you via mail and provide you with the shipment tracking number of the new item.

We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed. If the items are damaged or partially missing when returned, we can’t guarantee an exchange.
