How to Exchange
We hope that you are pleased with your brand new pair of shoes. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can exchange any purchase (including reduced items) within 30 days of receipt.
Please contact our Customer Care team to reserve the new desired item and indicate: the new preferred style and/or color and/or size, your address, preferred time and date for pick up.
We'll provide you with the return label. Close the package securely and attach the label for the exchange shipment to the package. We'll send you the courier directly to the previously indicated address and time. Once we have received the package, we will confirm receipt.
You'll be informed by our team confirming the availability of the new item to be changed with and the expected date of delivery.
We can only exchange or refund non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed. If you require further assistance or if you have any questions, please send us an email.
